Because each portrait is custom-made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been placed.
Every piece is created uniquely for you and cannot be resold.

Order Issues or Damage
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please email us at furthewall@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll review your claim and arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible — no return required.

Artwork Approval
For portrait orders that include an artwork proof, please review your design carefully before approval. Once approved, we cannot make further changes.

Lost Deliveries
If your order is lost in transit, we’ll send a replacement at no cost after confirming with our shipping partner.
