Shipping policy

Processing Time
All portraits are custom-made to order. Artwork typically takes 3–5 business days to create and approve. Once approved, your framed or poster order is printed and shipped within 2–4 business days.

Shipping Times

• 🇬🇧 UK orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• 🇮🇪 Ireland orders: 5–9 business days after dispatch

• 🇪🇺 EU orders: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• 🌍 International orders: 10–15 business days depending on location

Shipping Costs

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location, product type, and order size.
  We occasionally offer free shipping promotions or discounted rates, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at furthewall@gmail.com with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.

Damaged or Lost Orders
If your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it free of charge. Please email us a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement.
