All photo uploads are quality checked. If we need a new photo, we'll let you know. But don't worry, our artists are highly skilled and don't need much inspiration to capture your pet's true personality!
Can I preview my portrait before it prints?
Yes! Once our artists are done creating your masterpiece, you will receive a preview of your art work and can approve it or request edits.
What if I'm not happy?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. Before printing or delivery, you’ll receive a preview of your custom artwork to make sure you love it. If you’d like any small adjustments, our team will happily make them until you’re 100% happy. We don’t print or ship until you’ve approved your portrait.
How Long Does it Take?
Once you approve your artwork, your art will be printed and shipped within 2 working days. Once shipped, delivery can take from 3-10 working days, depending on your location.
